43010 Double Sided Filmic Plate Mounting Tape 100 µm

  • 43010 is a 100 µm double sided tape especially designed for flexographic plate mounting. It is based on a transparent e-PVC carrier and features a high tack pressure sensitive rubber adhesive on both sides. 43010 uses a brown corrugated filmic liner.

APPLICATIONS
  • Mounting of flexographic photopolymer and rubber plates onto cylinder or sleeve.
  • The special grade rubber adhesive used on 43010 makes that product versatile enough to be used for mounting a variety of combinations of rubber or photopolymer plates with steel cylinders or sleeves
  • All applications where a 100 µm transparent tape is required to make up the correct plate/tape thickness.

  • Engineered rubber adhesive allows an easy repositioning during mounting operations and ensures a good bonding on a variety of surfaces.
  • Plates secured with 43010 will not move, even on extensive print runs.
  • Easy to remove in one piece after the print run.

  • Will not leave any residues on most common surfaces, including grounded rubber plates.

    RECOMMENDATIONS

    Rolls should be stored flat on their cut edges in the original packaging. The product must be protected from dust, heat, moisture, direct sunlight and solvent fumes. Storage temperature between +10 °C and 30 °C. Life expectancy can vary with temperature and humidity and a maximum of 1 year is recommended from the date of shipment.
