DESCRIPTION:

8030 White PVC Filmic Tape, Solvent Acrylic Adhesive, Amber Liner APPLICATIONS:

Designed to provide strength and dimensional stability to weak foams and gaskets/die cuts. These tapes will help prevent stretch and may increase the tensile strength of a final construction. The film has the added benefit of providing a chemical barrier to plasticizer and oils etc, which over a period of time may affect the performance of the adhesive. Four films are available, Polypropylene, Polyester, Polythene and PVC with Polyester providing the greater strength. All available in various gauges and colours upon request.

PRODUCT BENEFITS:

Good balanced adhesive system providing good bond strength during actual application but when required clean removability. Roll lengths are available to a maximum 1500 metres on a 3 inch core and a maximum of 150 metres on a 1 inch core. Products can be bobbin wound to 5000 metres

RECOMMENDATIONS:

The rolls should be stored flat on their cut edges in the original packaging. The product must be protected from dust, heat, moisture, direct sunlight and solvent fumes. Storage temperature about 20°C. Shelf Life 12 months.
