4311 Double Sided Filmic Plate Mounting Tape 100 µm

4311 is a 100 µm double sided tape especially designed for flexographic plate mounting. It is based on a transparent e-PVC carrier and features a high tack pressure sensitive rubber adhesive on both sides. 4311 uses a yellow Siliconised Paper liner.

APPLICATIONS

Mounting of flexographic photopolymer and rubber plates onto cylinder or sleeve.
The special grade rubber adhesive used on 4311 makes that product versatile enough to be used for mounting a variety of combinations of rubber or photopolymer plates with steel cylinders or sleeves
All applications where a 100 µm transparent tape is required to make up the correct plate/tape thickness.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Rolls should be stored flat on their cut edges in the original packaging. The product must be protected from dust, heat, moisture, direct sunlight and solvent fumes. Storage temperature between +10 °C and 30 °C. Life expectancy can vary with temperature and humidity and a maximum of 1 year is recommended from the date of shipment.
